When you submit the contact form on this site, I collect the information you enter: your name, restaurant name, phone number, email, and message. This is sent to me via Netlify Forms so I can follow up with a quote.
This site also uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — things like which pages are viewed and how people arrived here. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
Contact form information is used only to respond to your inquiry. Analytics data is used only to understand and improve this website. Neither is sold to anyone.
Form submissions are stored by Netlify (my hosting provider). Analytics data is processed by Google. I don't share your information with anyone else.
You can ask me to delete any information you've submitted by emailing me at the address below. You can also block analytics cookies using your browser's privacy settings or an ad-blocking extension.
